Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Returns are accepted when:
- The product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- The wrong item was delivered
- The item is unused and in its original condition
Returns are NOT accepted when:
- The item has been used or worn
- The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
- The item was purchased on sale or at a discount
Refund Method: Since we operate on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued in cash upon return of the item.
